Foreclosures

Our litigation team represents lenders involved in the foreclosure process.  We will represent your rights as lender and work in conjunction with the Trustee or Substitute Trustee under your Deed of Trust to initiate and complete the foreclosure process from the notice letter stage to recording the Trustee’s Deed.  We have experience in alternative methods to resolve these cases as well, including options to amend Notes and Deeds of Trust, for loan reinstatement, and in preparing deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure.
